Broadband Wireless Frequency Planning and Relevant Strategy Considerations in China

针对国内外电信新环境,本文从全面修订中国无线电频率划分规定,进行频谱有偿使用与运营执照发放改革,积极进行新一代宽带无线接入与宽带移动通信的频率规划,处理好市场驱动与技术驱动的关系等10个方面发表了对中国宽带无线频率规划及相关策略的看法,其中对频谱/轨道资源有效利用新技术进行了较详细讨论。

In light of the international and national new telecommunication environment, this paper mainly deals with the 10 items of frequency planning ,spectrum management and some relevant development strategy considerations in China, such as completely modified China radio frequency allocation regulations , the reforms on spectrum compensation and operation license releasing , actively doing frequency planning on the new generation broadband wireless access and mobile communications, the good treatment of the relationship between market driving orientation and technology driving supporting , etc . For which it is discussed in some detail on the new technologies for the efficiently use of spectrum /orbit resources .
