This paper has introduced the map systematic of top of a table Mapinfo software platform and the method of the vector map of melting , have elaborated the application of electronic map in the network program design and maintenance management of CATV. According to our actual experience of using Mapinfo think that this software applies to land especially city and the county-level network management of CATV.
