浅谈山西区域地震无线通信网络

对无线通信与现代网络通信的通信方式、网络功能、网络拓扑等进行了对比分析,讨论了无线通信与现代网络通信在防震减灾工作中的重要作用,对山西省区域地震通信网络的实际情况及其承担的主要任务进行了分析,从其对中强地震的应急响应、抗震救灾中迅速及时传递震情、灾情,为政府和有关部门应急指挥、决策提供可靠依据等方面进行了总结。得出计算机通信网络可为大地震快速响应,为抗震救灾指挥等提供平台的结论。

The comparison and analysis of the communication mode,the network function,the network topology of the contemporary network communication with the radio communication are made.The important affect of the radio communication and the contemporary network in the earthquake disaster mitigation is discussed.The analysis of the actual situation and its task of the regional earthquake communication network of Shanxi province is made.The timely transmission of the earthquake and disaster condition in the emergence response to strongmoderate earthquake and the supply of the reliable basis of the emergence command and the policy decision for the goverment departments are summarised.
