Manufacture Technique of 1100m^2 Naturally Circulated Evaporator of Aluminium Oxide Plant

蒸发是氧化铝生产一道非常重要的工序 ,蒸发器为其主要设备。中国铝业集团河南分公司共有 110 0m2 自然循环蒸发器 2 1台 ,均已进入大修更换周期 ,为了保证制造质量及投产后的安全运行 ,对蒸发器制造工艺相关技术进行探讨。

Evaporation is one of the most important process in aluminium oxide production and the evaporator is the major equipment.There are 21 sets of 1100m 2 naturally circulated evaporators in Henan Branch of China Aluminium Industry Group,which are entering into the pe riod of extensive repair.In order to ensure the manufacturing quality and safe operation after being put into operation, the relevant techniques of the evaporator manufacturing process are discussed in the paper.
