摘要
本文综合国外有关资料,介绍了70年代以来南极大陆边缘地球物理调查、尤其是多道反射地震调查,深海钻探,地震地层研究,以及面积大、赋有油气远景的两个海区——威德尔海和罗斯海研究的进展情况。
Sythesizing some data from abroad, the paper is dealing with the progress on geophysical survey, especially multi-channel seismic survey, deep-sea drilling, seismic stratigraphic study, and the study of the Weddell Sea and Ross Sea, which are of large area and petroleum prospects, in the Antarctic continental margin since th 1970s.
