改性水玻璃砂溃散性的研究

Research for Breakdown Property of Modified Sodium Silicate

选择氧化淀粉液为水玻璃砂改性剂,以氧化淀粉与滑石粉为水玻璃砂的复合溃散剂对其常温强度及高温残留强度等工艺性能做了研究测试及初步生产实验,表明能较好满足铸造生产需要。

Both the study and test are made of which selected the liquid form of sterch oxide as the modified agent for sodium silicate,and also took the sterch oxide together with talc powder as the compounding agent having breakdown property so that both the constant and the residual strengths were known as well as the technique performance.The experiment on production shows that the above result can well meet the requirement of casting.
