人类基因组计划的现状及发展趋势

The Current Situation of Human Genome Project and Its Developing Tendency

人类基因组计划自1990年启动以来,已经历了12年的历程。在这12年中,1000多名各国科学家对人类基因及模式生物进行了测序、作图、基因识别,建立了一系列新的技术和方法,同时也建立起了相关的信息系统。本文对国际、国内人类基因组研究的现状及发展趋势做了一个简要的介绍。

It has been twelve years since the Human Genome Project was started. Over the twelve years, more than 1000 scientists from many countries have done much work to the Project such as gene sequencing, gene mapping and gene identification so as to set up a series of new techniques and methods, meanwhile the relevant information system has also been established. The author of this article here briefly introduces the current situation of Genome Project home and broad and its developing tendency.
