Editors and Advanced Culture

编辑者是文化传播的中介 ,而传播先进的文化 ,则是编辑者的神圣职责 ,编辑者理应做先进文化的优秀传播者。为此 ,编辑者必须要着重达到此三个层次的要求 :坚持科学精神 ,运用科学方法 ;学习先进文化 ,更新知识结构 ;注重思维方式 。

It is the sacred duty of editors, who serves as the intermedium of spreading culture, to spread advanced culture. To be excellent spreaders, editors are required to apply scientific approaches in scientific spirit, to update their own knowledge structure with advanced culture and to optimize their thinking qualities focusing on their way of thinking.
