摘要
通过对我国城镇一、二、三级土地市场地价形成机制的理论分析 ,探讨了不同层次土地市场地价水平的分布规律、相互关系及其对基准地价评估的影响 ,并指出应该对我国城镇基准地价评估进行基准条件的界定 。
According to the analysis of the land price formation mechanism among the first, second, and the third grade land market in China, the article studies the land price distributing regulation and mutual correlation and the main reasons of different level of the land market's structure. Furthermore, the article points out the importance of defining the benchmarks for the urban benchmark land\|price evaluation.
