浙江沿海风暴潮灾害及其减灾对策

The situation of storm surge calamity and the countermeasures reducing the disaster along the coast of Zhejiang Province

本文描述了浙江沿海发生的风暴潮及其灾害的基本概况;分析了风暴潮灾害在自然灾害中的比重。指出我省近海热带气旋活动频繁,而且沿海地理条件又十分有利于风暴潮波幅的增大,从而导致严重的潮灾发生。因此,防御和减轻潮灾的任务相当艰巨。文章最后还从“软科学”的角度,提出若干减轻潮灾的对策与建议。

In this paper, the general situation was described of storm surge and its calamity along the coast of Zhejiang Province and then the disaster proportion in the natural calamities as a whole was analysed. The results show that typhoon actions were more frequent in the East China Sea and that the geography condition along the coast contributed to the increase of the surge amplitude. Therefore, there was the serious disaster of storm surge along the coast areas of Zhejiang Province. The author also discussed the influnce of the storm surge calamities over the economic development of Zhejiang coastland. Finally, some suggestions and countermeasures about reducing tidal calamities were put forward from 'soft science' angle.
