AT24C512是具有I^2C总线的E^2PROM,该电路具有存储容量大、体积小、功耗低、硬件接口简单的特点。文中给出该电路的性能特点、引脚功能及读写时序,并给出与AT89C2051单片机接口的硬件电路及相应的读写程序。
AT24C512, an E^2PROM with I^2C bus, has such features as big memory capacity, small size, lower power dissipation and simple hardware interface. The performance characteristics, pin function and read/write cycle timing are introduced, and hardware interface circuit with AT89C2051 single chip microcomputer and its read/write program are also given.
