摘要
本文用采Langmuir-B1odgett(LB)技术组装了液晶(T_(25))薄膜。X射线衍射证明这种液晶LB膜的沉积方式可通过改变与花生酸的混合比加以控制。当液晶与花生酸的摩尔比为1:1时,LB膜的沉积方式为中心对称的Y型模式。而在摩尔比为2:1时,LB膜的沉积方式为非中心对称的Z型模式。利用静态探测技术对该Z型LB膜的热释电效应进行研究,发现该极化膜的静态热电系数为10^(-10)C·cm^(-2)·K^(-1)量级.
The liquid crystal (T_(15)) films have been prepared by using Langmuir-Blodgestt(LB) technique. X-ray diffraction demonstrates that the deposition types of liquid crystal LB films can be controlled by mixing ratios with arachidic acid. In the case of 2 : 1 mixture of T_(15) and arachidic acid, noncentrosymmetric Z-type LB film is built up. The static pyroelectric coefficient of the noncentrosymmetric LB film is of the order of 10^(-10) C. cm^(-2). K^(-1).
