摘要
配制了一种空调铝箔的高效脱脂剂 ,通过耐碱性、耐盐蚀性等实验研究了脱脂时间、温度等因素对脱脂效果的影响 ,结果表明 ,该脱脂剂具有优良的脱脂效果 :5 0℃脱脂 2 5min后 ,涂布防腐底漆 ,可达到空调铝箔的耐蚀要求 .
A new degreaser for cleaning the aluminium foil for air conditioner efficiently has been prepared.The influence of the temperature and time on the degreasing effect has been discussed in terms of alkali corrosion resistance and salt water corrosion resistance of the aluminium.Comparing with the other degreasers,the new degreaser is excellent.It can remove oils and dust completely from the aluminium foil within 2.5 minutes at 50℃.A curve of degreasing temperature against time has been given,any decreasing treatment corresponding to the curve can offer the aluminum foil of 5 min corrosion resistance to alkali.
