摘要
本文提出一种测量高速回转件润滑状态的新方法 ,通地在摩擦副间施加一个大小可变的直流电压 ,利用润滑油 (脂 )膜瞬间被电压击穿的原理 ,进而对记录的信号波形进行分析 ,可分别获得摩擦副间的润滑膜厚度以及微观表面粗糙度等信息。用该方法对纺织机械中的高速回转件 ,诸如气流纺杯轴承和化纤锭子的润滑状态进行了测量 ,取得了较好的效果。
According to the principle that lubricating film can be discharged by certain value of DC voltage this paper puts forward a kind of new measuring method, that is , a changeable DC voltage is put on between frictional pairs and then the discharged voltage waves are analyzed by making use of mathematical statistics method, thus the thickness of lubricating film and the lubricating state can be obtained The lubricating states of high speed running components in textile machinery such as rotor bearing and spindle are measured by using this new method and the results are statisfied Thus the paper provides an effective measuring means that can determine the lubricating states of high speed running components in textile machinery when they are running
