阳极焙烧技术的新工艺及装备

The new process and relevant equipments of anode baking technology

GAMI为河南省焦作万方炭素公司设计的阳极焙烧系统中应用的焙烧新工艺及装备 ,介绍了焙烧新工艺的要点和实施装备 ,并着重描述了燃烧装置和排气装置这两项新式装备的原理和构成。应用了焙烧新工艺后 ,降低了炉能耗 ,改善了阳极质量。

This new baking process has been applied successfully in the anode baking system of Jiaozuo Wanfang Carbon Company,Henan Province,which was engineered by GAMI.This article gives an introduction to the key points of the new anode baking process and the equipments applied in it,describing emphatically the principles and structures of two new equipments-burning device and exhaust device.Appllcation of this new baking process can reduce furnace consumption and improve anode quality.
