摘要
研究新型贝氏体 +马氏体耐磨钢的组织和力学性能 ;结果表明 :通过Si、Mn、Mo复合合金化 ,再经过中断正火处理 ,得到贝氏体 +马氏体的双相组织 ,具有高硬度、高韧性。
The microstructure and properties of Bainite martensite wear resisting casting steel has been investigated. The results show that the studied steel can get Bainite Martensite microstructure through alloying with Si?Mn and Mo, and interrupt normalizing process. With the Bainite-Martensite microstructure, the steel has high hardness, toughness and abradabilityness.
