摘要
以ZG45为基体、高碳Cr Fe为合金化原料 ,在普通水玻璃石英砂干型、无负压条件下 ,利用自制的复合剂 ,制备出了较为理想的钢基表面复合材料。铸件表面平整光洁 ,尺寸精度大大提高。合金层厚度均匀 ,可达 8mm ,且与基体之间呈冶金结合。合金层的微观组织形态与高铬铸铁Cr2 0相似 ,常温三体磨料磨损性能也跟Cr2 0处于同一水平。最为重要的是试验重现性好 。
With the new-type complex additive made by ourselves, high carbon chromium iron powder reinforced ZG45 steel matrix surface-layer composites were successfully gained by the method of sand casting. Casting surface is even, and its composite layer is even and firm, with high dimensional precision. And the maximum thickness of composite layers is about 8 mm. The composite layer is connected with the steel matrixes in metallurgical level. The microstructure of the composite layers is similar to Cr20, and its wear resistance is also up to that of Cr20. The most important is that the experimental recurrence is coherence.
