摘要
在工业上用喂线法对铁液进行球化脱硫处理 ,通过试验确定最佳喂线速度和合适的铁液处理温度 ,并对喂线法与冲入法进行了技术、经济的比较。结果表明 ,最佳喂线速度是 15m/min ;铁液处理温度一般在 14 0 0~ 14 5 0℃之间 ;喂线法处理比冲入法处理稳定 ,且每吨铁液用喂线法比用冲入法处理节约成本
Injection feeding technology was used to desulphurize and spheroidize ductile iron melt in industrial production . The screened feeding speed and Spheroidizing temperature of the melt were fixed in the experiments. It is found that injection feeding technology is better than that of pouring process economically. The experiments reveal that the optimal feeding speed is about 15 m/min, melt's treatment temperature is around 1 400 ~1 450 ℃ generally . It is also found that injection feeding technology is stable and economical.
