铬系白口铸铁在液-固两相流中冲刷腐蚀的交互作用

摘要 用失重法和电化学法研究铬系白口铸铁在液 -固两相流中冲刷腐蚀的交互作用 ,结果表明 :(1)提高白口铸铁铬含量 ,不仅可以明显减小冲刷腐蚀交互作用失重率 ,而且显著降低冲刷腐蚀总失重率 ;(2 )纯腐蚀失重率接近纯冲刷失重率的 2 0倍 ,冲刷腐蚀交互作用失重率约占总失重率的 70 % ,因此在本实验条件下 。 The interaction between erosion and corrosion as well as the electrochemical behavior of chromium white cast irons were studied systematically with the weight loss method and the electrochemistry in liquid-solid dual-phase fluid. The results show:First, increasing chromium content of cast irons can not only reduce the weight loss rate of the interaction between erosion and corrosion, but also reduce the total erosion-corrosion weight loss rate notably ; Second, the weight loss rate of the pure corrosion of chromium white cast irons is 20 times weight loss rates of the pure erosion, the weight loss rate of the interaction between erosion and corrosion are 70 percent the total weight loss rate. So under this terms, the lose efficiency mechanism of chromium white cast irons is considered the corrosion accelerating erosion as main characteristics.
