摘要
输电系统可靠性评估是电网建设和运行的重要依据。本文分析了国内电网结构的特点,提出了在输电系统近期规划及运行方式安排时,应该考虑的可靠性判断准则,对电网承受能力的优化计算,列出了相应的模型及计算流程,并列举了一些应用实例。
Transmission system reliability assessment forms an important basis of power network con- struction and operation. In this paper, the specific features of domestic power network construction are analyzed. Based on such an analysis, reliability criteria which should be taken into consideration during network short-term and operational planning are proposed. Relevant mathematical models and flow chart for load supplying capacity (LSC) optimization are worked out. Some examples are listed.
