摘要
综述了有机食品及其国内外发展概况 ,分析了我国竹笋有机食品的发展优势和当前我国竹笋产业面临的机遇与挑战 ,提出了竹笋有机食品生产中的关键技术问题及其产业化发展思路。
The development outline of organic food at home and abroad is reviewed,and the current advantages,opportunities and challenges of China's bamboo shoots as organic food is analyzed.Then the author points out some key technical problems existing in the organic food production of bamboo shoots and ideas on its industrilization development.
