摘要
对筇竹无性系地下茎的系统研究结果表明 :1采用形态特征、组织发育成熟度和生理活动的规律综合判断竹鞭相对年龄 ,具有准确、实用的特点 ;2初步了解地下茎形态特征及其生长与环境条件的关系 ;35 7.14%的 1~ 3龄鞭生长在 0~ 2 0 cm土层中 ,幼壮龄鞭有趋浅的动态 ,不利于筇竹无性系种群的克隆生长 ;4竹鞭鞭梢的生长在一年中 ,以 7~ 10月生长速度最快 ;生长过程中易出现断梢、腐烂 ,并萌生岔鞭的现象。
The rhizome of Qiongzhuea tumidinoda clone population was studied systematically here. The results indicated that: ①the relative age of rhizome was well estimated by its morphological character, mature degree of tissue development, pattern of physiological activity; ②the morphology of rhizome and the relationship between rhizome growth and ecological factors were basically understood; ③57.14% of the rhizomes from 1 to 3 years old distributed at the depth of 0-20cm in the soil and the rhizomes in its young and middle tended to distribute in the shallow soil, which was unfavorable to clonal growth; ④the rapidest rhizome growth stage was from Jul. to Oct. Rotting,tip breaking and forking of rhizomes were prone to occur in the process of growth.
