摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜并辅之以光学显微镜 ,分别对 11种贺兰山特有植物的花粉形态进行了观察 ,描述了其大小、形态、表面纹饰、萌发器官类型等特征。根据相关文献资料和野外原始记录 ,记载了这些植物的花期、生境、分布和产地等 。
Pollen morphology of the eleven endemic plants on Helan Mountain was observated by SEM and optical microscope.Their characters,such as their size,shape, germinal organ and external sculpture,etc.were described.Based on field survey,their flowering season,fruit bearing season,habitat,distribution and locality,etc.were recorded.
