PFBC高温燃气旋风分离器的性能分析

摘要 在1 MWt的小型PFBC实验装置中,高温燃气除尘系统采用三级旋风分离器串联,已经成功地累计运行了500 h,净化后的燃气含尘浓度在2×10~4kg/m^3(N)以下,已无大于10μm的颗粒。第二级分离器采用了作者新研制成的φ240 mm PV型高效旋风分离器,其尺寸均经优化设计,实测的切割粒径为1.2μm,阻力系数约为12。第三级多管旋风分离器采用3根φ100 mm EPVC-I型旋风管,其8μm颗粒的捕集效率已达99.5%,这两种高效旋风分离器可供中试放大设计参考。 The high temperature gas cleanup system, consisted of three cyclone separators in series, has operated satisfactorily through 500 hours in 1 MWt PFBC pilot test unit. The fly ash concentration in cleaned gas stream has been reduced below 2×10^(-4)kg/m^3and there are not particles larger than 10 μm. The second stage cyclone is the new-developed φ240 mm PV type cyclone separator with optimum designed dimensions. Its measured cut size of particles is 1.2μm and the resistance coefficient is about 12. The third stage multicyclone separator is consisted of three φ100 mm EPVC- I type cyclone tubes and its collection efficiency of 8μm particle is about 99.5%. These high efficiency cyclone separators can be used for reference in the scaling-up design.
