Blasting accident and blasting hazard are safety problems in blasting engineering. Premature blast and misfire in blasting accidents, and blast vibration, air-shock wave, and fly rock in blasting hazard are described in detail. Their causation is analyzed, and preventive measures are given. Moreover, legitimate measures of safety regulation are introduced.
