摘要
在一旋涡流化床热态试验台上利用两种煤分别进行了控制NO_x和SO_2生成的试验研究,考察了二次风份额、床温、流化速度、过剩空气系数和旋流数的影响规律。结果表明,旋涡流化床低温分级燃烧、细颗粒的长时间停留以及强烈的横向扩散和混合能有效地抑制NO_x的生成,降低SO_2和NO_x的排放。
The performance of the sulfur retention and denitrification of two different sorts of coal have been tested on the hot test facility of the vortexing fluidized bed combustor. Effects of several variables, in terms of the secondary air fraction, the bed temperature, the fluidizing velocity, the excess air coefficient, and swirl number, on NO_x and SO_2 emission were evaluated. The experimental results indicate that in the vortexing fluidizing bed freeboard, emission of SO_2 and NO_x can be reduced effectively due to the lower temperature, staged combustion, the prolonged residence time of fine particles and the vigorous turbulence.
