摘要
以硫酸铜 (CuSO4 ·5H2 O)为原料 ,VC 为还原剂 ,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为保护剂和分散剂。将还原剂和保护剂在反应体系外预先混合后再加入到硫酸铜溶液中 ,制备得了粒径范围 2 0~ 40nm的铜粉。固定还原剂和原料浓度比 ( 5∶1)在其它条件相同的情况下 ,铜粉粒随反应物浓度增加而增大 ,用该工艺制备的纳米铜粉收率达 95 % ,XRD检测结果表明为单质铜 ,TEM检测结果表明纳米铜粉的粒径为 2 0~ 40nm。
Copper powder(grainsize:20~40nm) is synthesized with bluestone(CuSO 4·5H 2O) as starting material, Vitamine C (Vc) as reducer and polyvinylpyrrolidone as pro tectant and dispersant . After Vitamine C (Vc) has been mixed isith polyvinylpyr rolidone(PVP), the mix is added to solution of bluestone(CuSO 4·5H 2O). When the other conditions remain,n (Vc)∶n (Cu SO 4·5H 2O)=5∶1,while the thinkness of reagent increases ,the produ ct increases too.In this way, the copper powder is prepared in 95%. Structure of product is confirmed by XRD and TEM.
