浅论科技型中小企业持续发展的财务战略

Discussion on Sustainable Development's Financial Strategies of Medium-and-small Sized Enterprises Based on Science and Technology

根据科技型中小企业生产经营的特点 ,提出了实现科技型中小企业持续发展必备的条件 ,分析了我国科技型中小企业的发展现状及存在的问题 ,并在此基础上 ,从理财环境、融资、投资、收益分配以及风险管理等方面设计了适合科技型中小企业持续发展的财务战略。

First,this paper puts forward the requirements for sustainable development of medium and small sized enterprises based on science and technology according to their characteristics.Then it analyzes the present situation and questions existing in these enterprises in our country.Finally,on the basis of these,from these aspects such as financing environment,financing,investing,distribution of earnings,risk management, etc.this paper designs the financing strategy for sustainable development of medium and small sized enterprises.
