文章分析了地勘单位保留事业性质的政策和理论依据及必要性 ,总结了事企分开的三种方法并评述了利弊 ,介绍了安徽地勘局事企分开的实践效果。
The paper investigates the theoretical basis for continuing to maintain the character of an institution. It then summarizes three methods for separating institution and enterprise from mixed management, and includes a critique exploring the advantages and disadvantages of each. The paper also discusses the Anhui provincial geology and mineral resources Bureau as an example of the practical application of methods discussed.
