老年2型糖尿病患者血脂与血糖血尿酸代谢关系的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨老年 2型糖尿病患者血脂与血糖、血尿酸代谢的关系。方法 :随机抽取 10 0例老年 2型糖尿病患者 (观察组 )及 6 0例老年对照组进行了血清甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)、载脂蛋白A (ApoA)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、脂蛋白 (a) [Lp(a) ]、空腹血糖 (FPG)、餐后 2h血糖 (PBG2h)、尿酸 (UA)的测定。结果 :观察组血清TG、LDL C、Lp(a)含量明显高于对照组 ;观察组血清HDL C、ApoA水平明显低于对照组。糖尿病病情控制对血脂有一定的改善作用。对于合并脂代谢异常的观察组血尿酸水平明显高于对照组。结论 :老年 2型糖尿病患者血脂和血糖、尿酸代谢异常的共存是该病发生、发展的危险因素 ,也是心、脑血管疾病的危险因素 ,故在积极控制血糖的同时 ,及早发现、全面纠正其血脂、血尿酸代谢的异常也很重要。 Objective:To study the relationship between metabolism of serum lipid,blood glucose and blood uric acid in elderly with Type2 diabetes mellitus(DM2). Methods: The levels of serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),ApoA,ApoB,Lp(a),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),postprandial plasma glucose(PBG2h) were detected in 100 elderly cases DM2 and 65 normal controls. Results: The levels of TG,LDL-C,Lp(a) were higher than those of the control group. The abnormal lipid metabolism in the DM2 group had a higher level of uric acid than the controls. To control the diabetes under normal conditions will do some good to the lipid metabolism.Conclusion:In recent days,people pay more attention to the fact that abnormal lipid metabolism has an effect on the level of blood glucose. It suggested that the abnormal levels of blood glucose,blood lipid and blood uric acid were the dangerous factors in both cases with DM2 and the diseases of heart or brain. It is important for us to diagnoses and correct the levels of abnormal metabolism of blood lipid and uric acid as early as we can during the time of controlling the level of the blood glucose under normal condition.
