多功能刮吸器在肝脏外科中的应用

THE QPPLICATION OF MULTIFUNCTIONAL CURETTAGE-ASPIRATION DEVICE IN HEPATIC SURGERY

目的 探讨多功能刮吸器在肝切除术中的优缺点。方法 分析评价 91例多功能刮吸器切肝术中肝内管道显露、出血量、手术时间等情况。结果 用多功能刮吸器切肝具有对肝内血管及胆管显露清楚、术中出血少、切肝时间短、术后并发症少等优点。结论 刮吸切肝术是一种安全性高 ,易于推广的肝切除方法。

Objective To evaluate the advantage and disadvantage of multifunctional curettage-aspiration device in hepatectomy. Methods 91 cases of hepatectomy were performed by multifunctional curettage-aspiration device and the exposure of intrahepatic ducts, hemorrhagic volume, the consumption time during hepatectomy were analyzed respectively. Results the advantages of multifunctional curettage-aspiration device in hepatectomy are clear exposure of intrahepatic ducts, a small quantity of hemorrhage and fewer consumption times during hepatectomy along with fewer postoperative complications. Conclusions hepatectomy by curettage-aspiration method posses a higher reliableness and can be popularized easily.
