自发性气胸(附22例临床及X线分析)

SPONTANEOUS PNEUMOTHRAX

目的 分析自发性气胸的临床及X线表现。方法 收集自发性气胸 2 2例 ,根据临床表现 ,结合X线检查做出诊断。结果 气胸根据肺萎陷程度 ,分为Ⅰ°、Ⅱ°、Ⅲ°。结论 重视临床病史 ,及时发现气胸 。

Objective To analyze the clinical symptoms and X-ray findings of spontaneous pneumothrax.Methods To make diagnoses for spontaneous penumothrax by X-ray findings and clinical symptoms.Result There are three degrees according to the serious degrees of lung atrophy:Ⅰ°?Ⅱ°?Ⅲ°.Conclusion To emphasize clinical diseases history and find neumothrax in time.
