急性坏死性胰腺炎微循环障碍治疗的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 微循环障碍是急性坏死性胰腺炎发生、发展的重要机制之一。当前研究微循环障碍的最常用的实验方法是活体内荧光显微镜技术。改善微循环治疗的研究多处于实验阶段 ,包括 :血管活性物质拮抗剂 ,如内皮素受体阻滞剂 (ET RA)、血小板活化因子受体阻滞剂 (PAF RA)、缓激肽B2受体阻滞剂、血栓素A2(TXA2 )受体阻滞剂等 ;细胞因子抗体 ,如细胞间粘附分子抗体、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)单克隆抗体 ;扩容及补液疗法 ,如右旋糖酐 (Dextran)、晶体及胶体补液等 ;生长抑素和甲磺酸加贝脂 ;高压氧疗。上述治疗均可在一定程度及某些方面改善胰腺微循环 ,但改善胰腺微循环并不能提高胰腺局部抗生素浓度。
