护胃颗粒质量标准的研究

Study on quality standards of Huwei Granules

目的 :建立护胃颗粒的质量标准。 方法 :采用薄层色谱法对处方中的柴胡、延胡索、白芍进行定性鉴别 ;采用高效液相色谱法测定成品中柚皮苷含量。 结果 :柚皮苷含量在 0 .132～ 0 .6 6 0μg范围呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 96 .78% ,RSD为 1.3%。 结论 :本质量检测方法专属性好 ,灵敏、准确 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective: To establish the quality standard of Huwei Granules. Methods: Radix Bupleuri, Rhizoma Corydalis, Radix Paeoniae were indentified by TLC. The content of shaddock ped glucoside in Huwei Granules was determined by HPLC method. Results: The content of shaddock ped glucoside on HPLC was linear in the range of 0.132-0.660 μg. The average recovery was 96.78%, RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion: The method is high specific, accurate and highly sensitive. It may be used for the quality controll of Huwei Granules.
