揭示了欠发达地区后发优势的形成机理 ;对当前我国欠发达地区打造后发优势的基本思路及其局限性进行了分析 ;提出了欠发达地区打造后发优势的新思路 ,即以打造观念为先导 ,以打造制度为保障 ,以打造企业家与企业家精神为关键 ,以克服“后发劣势”为突破口 ,通过“赛马”机制 ,辅之以政府必要的指导服务来打造后发优势。

The present thesis intends to investigate the later advantage's establishing in developing district.First,the mechanism of forming the later advantages is analyzed.Second,the current methods by which the later advantages are being established and its limitations are discussed.Last,a new train of thought on establishing the latter advantages in developing district is put forward.
