摘要
知识管理的研究日益深入 ,许多学者和企业家们从理论与实践的角度为知识管理提出了系统、科学的研究框架。据此 ,对近十年来较为成熟的知识管理模型作一综述分析 ,以期提高我国企业的知识管理水平 。
The research of knowledge management is daily deepening. A great number of scholars and entrepreneurs bring forward systematic and scientific knowledge management models from theory and practice. It reviews these models appeared since 1990s in the parpose to help organizations to recognize their knowledge management and improve their capability of knowledge innovation.
