摘要
本文探讨定量分析单味及多味复方中草药的药理活性的方法,为临床应用提供理论依据。利用两倍稀释法测定16种中草药对4种禽大肠杆菌体外抑菌的MIC;并选取24种两味组合,12种3~5味组合进行试验。结果单味中药对禽大肠杆菌的体外抑菌的MIC在3.9g/L至375g/L之间;24种两味中药组合的MIC在11.7g/L至250g/L之间,少数组合对各血清型大肠杆菌有拮抗作用;12种3~5味中药组合的MIC在11.7g/L至46.8g/L之间,全部组合表现协同作用,显示中药配伍优势。
This paper studied the quantitative analysis method for single ingredient and several ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine pharmacological activities,and provided the theoretic basis for their clinical application.By means of2-fold diluent method,the MIC of antibacterial activities were obtained from16species of Chinese herbal Medicine,24species combinations of each2ingredient and12species of3~5ingredients.Four strains poultry E.coil were determined.The result indicated that the MIC of antibacterial activities from single ingredient ,2ingredient and3~5ingredients was from3.9g /L to375g /L,11.7g /L to250g /L and11.7g /L to46.8g /L respectively.It demonstrated that these combination of Chinese herbal medicine have enhanced cooperative advantage in pharmacological activities.
