摘要
用损伤力学分析方法评定了玻璃/环氧层合汽车板弹簧材料的抗冲击性能,由带测试装置的先进动态落锤冲击测试系统测定了冲击损伤的发展过程。通过对单试样和多试样的实验结果分析和研究,得到了该材料的冲击损伤变化规律和评定这种损伤的定量判据,包括材料的临界冲击损伤值D_C 损伤快速扩展的临界能量值G_C 以及损伤起始能量门槛值G_1等。研究的结果,为该材料的工程应用提供了可靠的设计选材和安全使用评定依据,也为复合材料的动态冲击损伤提供了一个新的和工程上能实用的定量评定方法。
The properties of impact resistance of glass/epoxy laminated composites for
the leaf spring were evaluated by using the damage mechanics,and the propagation process of
impact damage was determined by the advanced instrumented fall weight impact testing system.
Through analysing and studying the testing results for the single and multi-specimen the variation
character of impact damage and the quantitative criterion used for evaluating the damage have
been obtained,including the critical impact damage parameter D_(?),the critical energy for rapid da-
mage propagation G_e,and the energy threshold of damage initiation G_1 etc.The study results in
this paper provide the evaluation base of reliable material selecting design and safety service for
engineering application,and also provide quantitatively a new practical method for the evaluation
of dynamic impact damage of composite materials.
