摘要
目的 观察正常人及慢性乙型肝炎 (慢乙肝 )患者外周血淋巴细胞DNA的损伤情况。方法 利用快速、灵敏的检测细胞DNA损伤的单细胞凝胶电泳 (SCGE)技术结合IMI1 0慧星分析软件 ,以“彗星”尾长、尾惯量、尾 %DNA、尾矩来评价淋巴细胞DNA的损伤程度。结果 慢乙肝患者外周血淋巴细胞DNA经SCGE ,形成的“彗星”尾长、尾惯量、尾 %DNA、尾矩较健康人明显增大 (P <0 0 5 )。
Objective To detect DNA damage in peripheral blood lymphocytes of chronic hepatitis B patients with single-cell gel electrophoresis Methods DNA damage was measured by single-cell gel electrophoresis(SCGE) and comet analysis software. The degree of DNA damage was judged by tail extent, tail inertia, tail%DNA and tail moment of lymphocytes with comet-like tail. Results The tail extent, tail inertia, tail%DNA and tail moment in lymphocytes of chronic hepatitis B patients were aggravated significantly than in lymphocytes of controls( P <0 05). Conclusion Hepatitis B virus is likely to be the main cause of resulting DNA damage in lymphocytes.
