摘要
介绍在石墨粒子流态炉中通入空气、氨气及加少量催化剂所产生的气氛中进行的高温碳氮共渗。试验结果表明,这种共渗工艺简单,渗速大于普通气体碳氮共渗。对共渗层组织结构、机械性能与渗碳作了比较,表明高温碳氮共渗具有比渗碳更高的耐磨性及接触疲劳强度。
This paper introduces the high-temperature carbonitriding of steel in an atmosphere
Which is consisting of some air,ammonia and a small quantity of catalystic agents in a fluidized-
bed furnace of graphite particle.The expermental result shows that the technique is simple and
time required of the process is shorter than that of carbonitriding in conventional atmosphere.It
is also compared the new techniqe carburization,the constitution of the carbonitriding layer,the
mechanical properties,the wearability and contact fatigue strength in the sample of carbonitriding
are better than that in the sample of carburization.
