微波子宫内膜去除术的研究与进展
Research and Advancement of Microwave Endometrium Ablation
摘要
微波子宫内膜去除术(microwave endometrium ablation, MEA)是一种近年发展起来的子宫内膜去除新技术,它不同于以往各种宫腔镜下子宫内膜切除术,而是在超声检测宫腔形态后以微波为能源辅以计算机技术使子宫内膜破坏厚度严格控制在6mm之内的技术,主要优点是简便、安全、操作时间短.
