显微外科手术治疗顽固性枕大神经痛26例疗效观察

Observation of therapeutic efficacy of 26 cases of intractable greater occipital nerve neuralgia with microsurgical operations

目的探讨显微神经外科手术治疗顽固性枕大神经痛的疗效。方法对26例顽固性枕大神经痛患者采用局部减压及部分神经切除的显微手术治疗。对有肿物压迫者给予切除,对血管压迫者行血管减压术,原因不明者行部分神经切除术。结果术后24例症状完全消失,2例缓解。结论显微外科手术治疗顽固性枕大神经痛是一种安全有效、操作简便的方法。

Objective To investigate efficacies of microsurgical operations on intractable greater occipital nerve neuralgia. Methods26 cases with intractable greater occipital neuralgia were treated with decompression on nerve and dissections of partial nerves. Then the neoplasm compressing greater occipital nerves were dissected for decompressing. Partial resection was conducted in those cases without obvious reasons. Results After operation, the neuralgia completely disappeared in 24 cases and relieved in 2 cases. Conclusion Microsurgical operation is safe, effective and convenient in treatment of intractable greater occipital neuralgia.
