摘要
具有多向分化潜能的骨髓间质干细胞,也可以转化为神经细胞,因其取材容易,分离、培养、扩增等方法成熟,使骨髓间质干细胞用于神经系统疾病的治疗可能具有更大的优势,本文对骨髓间质干细胞的可塑性、在神经系统疾病的应用研究及其机制和前景进行了综述。
Bone mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have the potential of multiple differentiations including its capability to translate into nerve cells. The convenience in their collection and the perfection in their separation, incubation and expansion make it possible that MSCs become superior in treating the diseases of nerve system. In this paper, the authors aim at reviewing MSCs'mechanism flexibility and prospect application in nerve disease.
