New Technology Innovation Manageme nt Paradigm---Integrative Innovation

面临技术与市场均不确定条件下的竞争环境,集成创新模式被提出。本文首先回顾创新方式的演变历史,理清集成创新思想产生的理论与实践背景,接着从界定集成创新的概念入手,介绍集成创新的理论和研究范式,围绕着集成创新体系的建构,具体分析了集成什么、如何集成、遵循何种原理、采用什么方法集成等重大问题。阐明集成创新在不同层次上的实现模式。最后,本文结尾部分讨论了集成创新对中国经济发展的启示,并提出一些政策性建议。

The increasing complexity of innovation,vigorous competition and uncertain market has led to the emer-gence of a new paradigm for technological innovation management -integrative innovation.In this paper,we f irst provide a review of the evolution of t he paradigm of technological innova tion management as the background of the emergence of the new paradigm.Then,the concept of integrative innovation was introduced and elaborated.Specifically,we focus on the following issues:what elements should be integrated?How to integrate?What principles and me thods should be followed?Based on this analysis,we discussed the application of the integrative innovation model at dif-ferent levels.Finally,the impacts of integrative innovation on China' s economic development were discuss ed and policy recommendations were provid ed.
