加入WTO后国有冶金企业人才流失防止对策研究

摘要 进入21世纪,人才流失问题已经成为影响企业生存与发展的关键问题,随着中国成功加入WTO,在新形势下研究人才流失更具有现实意义。分析了中国加入WTO以后国有冶金企业人力流失现状及发展趋势,指出了造成国有冶金企业人才流失的原因,提出了防止人才流失的对策。 With the arrival of the21st century,the problem of talents loss has become a key issue which influence the existences and development of enterprise.The study of talents loss is meaningful after our country entry into the WTO.This paper analyzes the tendency and present condition of talents loss of the state-owned metallurgical enterprises after our country entry into the WTO,points out the reasons which cause the talents loss,and provides some countermeasures to prevent the talents loss.
