摘要
凝汽器铜管的腐蚀与防护一直是令人关心但又未解决好的问题 ,由于凝汽器运行条件复杂、材质众多及冷却水质的不断恶化 ,导致其腐蚀形式多种多样。为此 ,这里探讨了一种凝汽器铜管的联合保护方式 ,即铜管管端与管板采用涂刷XZ -A增韧防腐胶与阴极保护的方式联合保护 ,铜管其它部位采用FeSO4镀膜 (包括定期补膜 )与胶球清洗的方式联合保护。实践证实了这种联合保护能够有效防止凝汽器铜管的腐蚀。
The corrosion and protection of condenser copper tubes has always been a problem people are keenly concerned with but for which there still lacks a satisfactory solution. The complicated operating conditions of the copper tubes, variegated types of their fabrication material and the increasingly deteriorating quality of cooling water have led to a multitude of corrosion forms. In view of the above the authors have explored a combined protection method for condenser copper tubes. Under this method the copper tube end and tube sheet are coated with XZ-A toughness-enhancement and corrosion-prevention glue along with the introduction of cathode protection. Other parts of the copper tube are plated with a FeSO4 film (including the film replenishment conducted periodically) combined with the use of sponge-ball cleaning. Practice has shown that this type of combined protection is highly effective in preventing condenser copper tube corrosion.
