摘要 分析了喷嘴出口射流速度、喉嘴距、混合管段尺寸及背压等参数对气固喷射器性能的影响 ,结果表明 :存在最佳的喷嘴出口射流速度、喉嘴距以及喉管长与其内径之比使得固气比达到最大值 ; The influence of several parameters including injection rate of nozzle exit, the ratio of length between nozzle and inner gular tube, the ratio of length between gular tube and it’s inner diameter and back pressure on the performance of gas solid injector is analyzed. The research shows that there are optimal parameters including injection rate of nozzle exit, the ratio of length between nozzle and inner gular tube, the ratio of length between gular tube and it’s inner diameter which lead the solid to gas ratio to the biggest value; While the increase of back pressure has no improvements .
