文章分析了云南水电在电网中的作用,论述了可调节水电容量作为电网运行资源的价值,讨论了云南水电中长期发展的方向,提出了云南电力市场化运作的方案。
The role of Yunnan Hydropower in electric power network is analyzed, and the value of the adjustable hydropower volume as the operating resource in electric power network is expounded as well. The development strategy in long and middle rang of Yunnan hydropower is given, and operating scenarios of marketing of Yunnan Hydropower is put out.
