Remote mountain areas were bad-developed economy areas,many peasants were poor there,but good circumstance and special topography and landforms made it good resources of developing green products,characteristic agriculture and high-effect agriculture.If only take appropriate policy measures,use local resources adequately,depending on developing new mountain agriculture concluding green agriculture,special agriculture and high effect agriculture,remote mountain areas can develop well in short time.
