作为交通安全管理工作的重要任务 ,交通事故多发点段的鉴别与改善是预防交通事故发生 ,减少交通事故损失的有效手段。针对目前交通安全管理实践存在的问题 ,在总结国内外交通安全管理工作经验的基础上 ,依据公安交通管理部门的工作职能 ,就交通事故多发点段排查与改善的目的及工作程序、业务岗位设置、排查标准、排查方法以及改善交通事故多发点段的策略分析等问题进行了探讨。

The identification and improvement of hazardous road locations, as an important task of traffic safety management, are very effect measures to reduce the traffic accident frequency and the losses of traffic accident. The existing problem in traffic safety management practice was analyzed.On the basis of summarizing the working experience of traffic safety management in China and other countries, and according to the duty of traffic police department, the issues in working procedure were discussed.
